BEN UPDATE: Today was a big day for Ben Terry KPLC as he finished his 26th and final radiation treatment this afternoon at MD Anderson in Houston! He has been receiving twice daily radiation treatments over the past 3 weeks and looks forward to soon being able to return home to Lake Charles to recuperate awhile. He says this latest round of radiation has been tough. This isn’t the end of treatments for Ben though as he continues to fight stage 4 colorectal cancer. Next up will be another hopeful

Winter Storm Update, heavier snow beginning to fall. Most of the flurries so far have not really been enough to stick to roadways, but the heavier snow moving in is likely to. So far anyone out driving would not have seen too many impacts, but now you will want to get off those roads if you can and get read to shelter for the day especially if you are along or south of I-10.
