There are a number of settings and options that need to be set up only one time under the Meeting and Recording tabs of your Zoom profile. These options set the defaults for all meetings that you schedule, saving you time. Individual meetingsettings can be adjusted at the time you schedule them.

Sign in to the Zoom desktop app. Click your profile picture then click Settings. This will open the settings window, giving you access to the following options.
