"pickup order was supposed to be ready Sunday at 5pm. At 4:40 I received a call saying not ready until 7pm. Arrived at 7:20 and no one else was there, After waiting for 10 minutes I called and was told my order woud be ready tomorrow...as in Monday!!"

"No plastic baskets. Maybe they were being cleaned? Maybe tucked away? Maybe gone? Who knows. No one visible to ask.\n\nNo cashiers when I brought forward the fewer items than I would have if I would have had a basket. \n\nCash register asked if I brought bags. No. Then asks if I want to buy bags. No. Where are the free bags? In the past, my friends. I get the "plastic bags are evil" crowd, but where are my made in USA responsibly sourced paper bags? At Big Bear and Super Duper and A&P, apparently. \n\nMy one star is for the vast selection of products and alcohol here, but let's be honest, you can't do zero stars on Yelp. \n\nFirst World problems? Of course. But I'm annoyed."

"Their bakery sucks.. 99% of the bread isn't sliced. They don't sell lottery tickets there anymore, except from a machine. Almost everyone is very helpful & friendly. Please get a slicing machine & sell lottery tickets by a human, not a machine. I have to drive from Bexley to Gahanna for sliced bread. Isn't that silly??"
