"I have to say this visit was quite disappointing. The service was very good as it was quite busy during my visit. However, the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant and restroom left a lot to be desired. I ordered the T-bone steak with eggs and substituted extra eggs for the pancakes. The eggs were very good and buttery. The steak however, was so tough, it was actually difficult to cut even with the serrated knife they provided. The flavor was good, but I cut a lot of gristle away and probably ate only about half the steak before leaving. I visited the restroom and it was pretty bad. The floor was very wet and it smelled pretty nasty. I know my last review I gave them five stars but this one I can only give two. I hope they step up their game because I like visiting this particular IHOP when I'm in Corpus Christi."
