"We had our pool installed by Luxury Pools and Living in 2013 and it's still great today in 2025. We've had to replace the pump and pool heater once and we'll likely need to replace the cover after this season, but I think that's likely standard for any pool over 12 years. Their service has always been excellent for us whenever needed, so I don't understand the negative reviews and sorry those peoples experience has been different. We also use them for their weekly clean and balance pool service and they've always been excellent!"
